Join us for a relaxing session of yoga and sound! Kiersten will lead you through gentle yoga poses while Violet uses singing bowls, chimes, and her beautiful voice to deepen your experience on your mat.

Mats and blocks will be provided but feel free to bring your own! We also recommend bringing a blanket and a pillow for maximum comfort :)
